Ride With Us

 For the safety of everyone on board, we ask that passengers limit unnecessary conversation with the driver, especially while the vehicle is in motion. While friendly interactions are welcome, excessive talking or engaging the driver in long discussions can be distracting. Please avoid loud phone calls, playing music or videos without headphones, or any behavior that could take the driver’s attention away from the road. 

 To keep our vehicles clean and comfortable for all riders, the following activities are not permitted in C. Lee Transportation vehicles: eating, drinking, smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol. Spills, odors, and messes can affect the experience for the next rider, and we aim to maintain a professional and sanitary environment. Please respect these guidelines to help us keep our vehicles in top condition. 

 When booking your ride, please ensure that you provide the correct number of passengers who will be traveling. Only those listed at the time of booking will be allowed in the vehicle—drivers cannot accommodate extra passengers who were not included in the reservation. Additionally, customers must use their real name when booking a ride. Nicknames or false names can cause confusion and may result in delays or canceled trips. 

 If you are paying with cash, please try to have the exact fare based on the price provided by the app or dispatch. Our drivers may not always carry change, and having the correct amount helps ensure a smooth and efficient transaction. If exact change is not possible, we recommend using electronic payment options for convenience. 

 Respect goes both ways. We ask that all passengers treat their drivers with courtesy and professionalism. Swearing, verbal abuse, or any form of disrespectful or aggressive behavior—whether verbal or physical—will not be tolerated and may result in being banned from future rides. A positive and respectful atmosphere makes the experience better for everyone.
