Expected Outcomes
- 77 percent of riders are employed with a living wage opportunity for at least 90 days
- 69 percent of riders continue to be employed in living wage opportunity for at least 180 days
- 65 percent of riders transition from temporary employment to permanent employment
- 63 percent of riders have been able to secure, stabilize, or upgrade housing as a result of consistent employment
- 64 percent of riders have been able to increase savings or decrease debt as a result of consistent employment
- 60 percent of riders have been able to secure their transportation over time as a result of consistent employment and stability
- 80 percent of employers report decreased turnover as a result of consistent work attendance and worker engagement
- $16.00 average wage of riders and $2.00-$4.00 increase in wages

Our Mission
At Southern Dallas Link, we are committed to empowering the residents of the southern sector of Dallas by providing reliable and accessible transportation solutions. We aim to bridge the gap between opportunity and accessibility, ensuring individuals can reach jobs that pay a living wage and resources that foster greater financial stability for their families.
What We Do
Southern Dallas Link connects people to opportunity. Through our dependable transportation services, we help residents achieve greater independence and economic mobility. Each year, we proudly provide 10,800 rides to more than 5,575 clients, enabling access to employment, healthcare, education, and essential community resources.
